How do I create my online account?

Customers enjoy the convenience of managing their account online and can enroll in auto-bill pay. The email address you provide the store manager is associated with your account and will be your username. Your store gate code is your password.

How can I enroll for AutoPay?

Most of our customers enroll at the same time they rent a space. This ensures that they are sure to pay on time each month and can enjoy the savings of the Preferred Customer Rate. You can enroll in this any time from your online account or in the store office.

I want to add or remove a name on my account.

The store manager can help you add or remove people from your account.

I'd like to receive an invoice by mail or email.

The store manager does not mail monthly invoices; however, you can set your account up to receive monthly electronic invoices via email.

Do you accept debit and credit cards?

Storage Mart accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. If your debit card does not display a MasterCard or Visa logos, you may bring it the office for payment.
