A perfect storage experience! We had to evacuate Fort McMurray and we only had a short time to get moved. We suddenly required a lot of storage on very short notice and the team at StorageMart was extremely helpful and efficient in providing everything we needed. The location is kept very clean with great indoor loading areas, and the whole place is totally secure with keypad gate access etc. I would definitely use them again should the need arise and will happily recommend them to anyone requiring a storage solution. The service at the StorageMart at the Calgary 5 Street SW location is outstanding! Good customer service in today’s world seems to be hard to find, but the lovely Anna at this location puts the five-star back in customer service. When I first walked in Anna greeted me with a smile and in a friendly manner. She clearly answered all my questions and helped me find the best storage solution for my situation. Anna was such a joy to talk to and with that by the time I left I felt more like a long time customer, rather than a new one.
