Three wonderful events are happening in Omaha, Nebraska, during the fall season. From pizza to shopping for crafts for the holidays, there will be much to occupy your time while in Omaha.
Since November is for thinking about and getting ready for the holidays as well as bringing decorations out of storage, you will need a break. These events will provide some fun and will put you in the holiday spirit even before December rolls around.
Midwest Pizza Fest
It’s happening at the Omaha Design Center on Saturday, November 16th from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. It’s a one-day food and music festival with pizza parlors coming from throughout the Midwest. Individual slices will be given away by the vendors; it’s a great opportunity to taste the best. There will be face painting for kids and other events.
This festival takes place from November 7th through November 10th at the Ralston Arena in Omaha. Handicrafts, artwork, holiday furnishings, decor and furniture, children’s treasures, and more will be displayed and offered for sale.
Omaha Holiday Expo
The Omaha Holiday Expo will be happening on November 16, 2019, at the Baxter Arena. It will feature:
- Pictures with Santa
- Arts and crafts
- Holiday decor
- Abundant shopping
- A beauty bar
- Delicious food
There’s free parking as well.
