Enjoy Outdoor Snow Activities in Regina
It’s all about family fun at the Waskimo Winter Festival, which takes place on Feb. 18. You’ll find outhouse races, as well as a dress-up-your-dog contest, ice skate-windsurfing, tobogganing, snow cricket, snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, and sleigh rides—all on the frozen Wascana Lake.
The stars look different at this time of year. Head to the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada Regina Centre to do some star-gazing and check out the night sky in winter.
