For most of us, the last words we want to hear or read these days are \u201cpolar vortex.\u201d\u00a0 Areas across the United States and Canada have consistently seen record and near record low temperatures<\/a>.\u00a0 There was even a moment where the temperature in Winnipeg, Manitoba<\/a> was lower than the surface temperature of Mars.\u00a0 That\u2019s right, for a moment it was as cold in a major metropolitan area here on Earth as it was on a distant planet.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s at times of extreme weather like this when climate-controlled storage<\/a> is at its most useful.\u00a0 By maintaining constant, moderate levels of temperature and humidity, climate-controlled storage units are the way to go when storing items more susceptible to extreme atmospheric conditions.<\/p>\n
