Hadley Leasman\u2019s college student storage<\/a> made her artist\u2019s lifestyle much more palette-able.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve acquired a lot<\/strong> of stuff being an art major at Mizzou over the last few years,\u201d said the senior at the University of Missouri. \u201cMy Mom wasn\u2019t going to move them back and forth to Chicago every semester in our little car.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

College Storage is Convenient<\/h2>\n

Hadley\u2019s mom has rented a 6×6 storage unit at a StorageMart location in Columbia, MO<\/a>, for four years to store her daughter\u2019s personal belongings over summer breaks. Furniture, silverware, and cooking supplies are some of things that don\u2019t need to make the 12-hour round trip to her home. \u201cWithout self storage, I\u2019d have to get rid of stuff or take it home. This way when I come back to school, my stuff\u2019s ready to go and I don\u2019t have to rebuy anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hadley is a fine art major with an emphasis on drawing and painting, but she isn\u2019t creating any life-size art \u2013 yet. \u201cFor now, I can roll up most of my art, so I\u2019m not storing anything really big. I have a real piece of mind storing things in my climate-controlled unit at StorageMart. My art supplies don\u2019t melt and I know my things are in good hands.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mom found StorageMart when I first came to Columbia. We were both very confident it was the right place for us,\u201d Hadley said. But the service kept them coming back. \u201cRhonda\u2019s incredible,\u201d exclaimed Hadley, complimenting store manager, Rhonda Ring.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re a sweet family,\u201d said Rhonda, who has been a store manager for nearly 10 years. \u201cHer mom was very concerned that her daughter\u2019s things were well-taken care of. I realize that those dorm fridges and boxes of clothing are really important to these kids.\u201d<\/p>\n

Convenient college student storage provides a comfort level for parents, especially when students attend out-of-state schools. \u201cI know it\u2019s exhausting work helping your daughter get set up in a far away town,\u201d said Rhonda whose two granddaughters just graduated from college.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hadley’s Future<\/h2>\n

Hadley will graduate this spring and will have to move everything she owns back to Chicago or perhaps to northern California. \u201cI\u2019m gonna miss her,\u201d said Rhonda. That family\u2019s been my favorite!\u201d<\/p>\n
