Customer Service Matters

We needed a short term rental location for warehouse and equipment parking space staging. The ladies at the location in Davenport Iowa were extremely helpful. With the discounts applied we could not have been more pleased with affordable price points. Although we left behind a considerable investment 1200 miles away from our home base our minds are at ease as this property is secure and very well maintained.

customer service beyond belief!

"New job required our relocating and immediate travel for work for me which made iur planning unravel! Unit was HELD beyond initial date, Manager kept me informed and they even allowed a late night access to unload the moving truck the night we finally made it in.... Definitely not what I expected and am VERY happy."

Great service clean facility

"I was very pleased with how attentive and thorough the person was who helped me rent the storage unit. I called and talked to her, and when I went in, she had all the paperwork ready for me. She then made sure I understood how to use the keypad and showed me the unit. It's very clean and secure. I've been very impressed with everything so far."

Good

I just recently purchased my first unit a couple weeks ago. After searching for a unit in the area this company provided the cheapest price. Although other companies seem to offer a cheaper first month. And I wasn't aware of an additional monthly fee until I had to sign the lease. I also think this is one of the few units that I researched where the lock isn't provided. I still consider those things very minor. The employees I spoke with have been very helpful so far.

Clean, secure facility with courteous, friendly staff.

Have used a lot of storage facilities in the past, but this was my first time using Storage Mart. It has been one of the better places we have utilized thus far.

a little expensive but very friendly and helpful!

The place is clean, the employees are friendly and I would recommend to a friend.

We're located in northern Davenport right off of Northwest Boulevard, a main thoroughfare that branches off of I-80. Our self storage facility is located on the Boulevard between Casey’s General Store and Pizza Shack.
