Chris is awesome!
Using Storage Mart to hold our furniture and household items while we stage our house has been easy and hassle-free because of Chris. The access codes all make sense, our unit is accessible at any time, and when a tire was flat on a dolly we started to use, Chris just got us another one right away. He evidently knows that people who use storage units are already somewhat stressed, so he does everything he can to make it go smoothly! Thank you sooooo much!

Wonderful customer service.
This was my first time renting a storage unit and I am very thankful I chose StorageMart in Helotes. Although there were some computer glitches that caused my check-in to be longer that what it should have, I did not mind because the staff were so incredibly friendly. The two employees helping me were very apologetic about the wait. They also directed me to a Groupon for StorageMart, which of course they did not have to do, thereby saving me a bit of money. I absolutely recommend this StorageMart location.

Storage with a Smile!
Very courteous staff, eager to help. We like that the property manager lives on site. It was incredibly easy to rent a unit and the cost is very reasonable. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Clean facilities and Reliable family Business
The owners of my StorageMart live on site. They are always very helpful and friendly. The storage units are very clean and easy to access. I wouldn't think of using any other storage place and have come back to them 3 times already. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great Customer Service!
My family members rent a number of units at the Helotes location, so, naturally, this location was my first choice. The Manager was very detailed and thorough when going over the contract and the rules. The outdoor unit I was assigned was clean and ready for immediate occupancy, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and other family members!

Friendly, quick and easy
The whole process went very well. The attendant was friendly, well mannered and attentive. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and we were able to move into our unit that evening. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone with storage needs.

Affordable Rates, Convenient Location , Personable Management .
"Wish I would have thought of leasing a storage unit before. It was a lot easier than I thought & I love that Storage Mart allows 24 hr access to your storage space . My only issue would have to be the business hours of operation. I know some locations have 24 hr. kiosks so you can check-in at any time day or night . In my case I was looking for a storage unit way passed 10pm. With Storage Mart I didn't mind waiting till the next business day to move into my unit , because the move-in / monthly rates were very affordable & reasonable compared to other storage locations. The other thing I liked about Storage Mart , was that the management provides their "" tenants "" with contact numbers in case of an emergency & there is a sense of security knowing a staff member is on site . Thank you !"

Staff is Super
We have had at least one unit with this Storage facility for the past 5 years. The service team has always been helpful, respectful and polite. The facility is clean and as secure as any self storage sites can be. We recently transferred a family member's items from another unit and company and the differences were night and day. Thank you Chris and your team.

StorageMart personnel were easy to talk to, new their business, and were very helpful. The storage space was everything I was looking for, clean, climate contro, safe, and secure. I am very pleased I decided to place my propery with StorageMart.

The facility is very clean, it has a great surveillance system. Management is very knowledgeable, and he is very familiar with the facility.

Great all around.
The Bandera StorageMart has been great! The manager, Chris, has always helped us and been very friendly. He's gone above and beyond to take care of everything we've needed. Also, you guys were the only company in town to offer external-loading climate control, which is huge for us. Overall, it's been a great experience, and this coming from someone who worked in Self Storage Development for 7 years (our company, NDS Construction, actually originally built this facility).

Friendly, Great Value, Professional operation

I would definitely recommend this facility. I was in the process of moving from out of state and the manager was very helpful with assisting me with all of the paperwork. The overall process was very smooth. The facility is very clean.
