Good Facility and great customer service
Storage marts free online reservations did not seem to work very well but the customer service received from their Olathe facility was excellent.

great price, easy move in. no issues.
I didn't have any issues with the storage so far. I had some friends who rented before and all of their belongings were destroyed due to a flood. They are still figihting it a year later trying to get items replaced. My husband and I just made sure when putting things in storage to be aware of where we are placing items so they wont be damaged.

Straight forward and easy
I rented my unit online. I showed up the next day and everything was ready. All I had to do was sign a couple documents and I was good to go.

Easy to rent...Easy access...Very happy with the experience.
This was a life saver. Moving at Christmas time, snow and ice everywhere, the unit was easy to get to and the lot was cleared. I have no complaints.
