Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Regina

Saint Patrick’s Day is getting greener every year in Regina, thanks to the wave of Irish immigrants who have moved to the Canadian province for job opportunities in the last 10 years.

That’s good news for everyone looking for some fun on March 17 in the Queen City. Here’s where to find it.

Shannon’s Pub & Grill

One day isn’t nearly enough to celebrate at Shannon’s, where the Ultimate Paddy’s Festival begins on Thursday, March 15, and runs through Sunday, March 18, and includes live music and Irish dancing.

Bushwakker Brew Pub

Enjoy entertainment, including performances by The Prairie Gael School of Irish Dance, the Regina Police Services Pipes & Drums, and the 20-piece acoustic Celtic act Billarney. Come hungry for the all-day Irish breakfast, featuring black and white pudding, lamb stew, corned beef and cabbage, and Bailey’s Irish Cream cheesecake.

Saint Patty’s Day Terrarium Night

This fundraiser for the Regina Floral Conservatory runs from 7 to 9 p.m. on March 17. The $50 admission includes materials to create your own terrarium using succulents, as well as a complimentary glass of wine or beer.

StorageMart and Saint Patrick’s Day Events in Regina

At StorageMart, we love to be a part of the communities we serve, especially on Saint Patrick’s Day when we’re as Irish as everyone else.

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! We’ll see you at the pub.
