Watsonville self storage units become StorageMart’s 171st location

StorageMart is proud to provide the highest quality service at its new Watsonville self storage units. Formerly owned by Store More America, the site adds 110,000 square feet and 832 units to StorageMart’s capacity. “This makes our sixth facility in California and the 171st location in the United States and Canada,” said Cris Burnam, president of StorageMart

Existing customers can look forward to a series of upgrades to the property, including new lighting, video surveillance cameras, and new doors. “We take pride in providing outstanding customer service,” Burnam continued. “Our customers can expect the easiest, cleanest self storage experience, along with a staff that sets the standard for customer service.”

Watsonville joins StorageMart

The Watsonville self storage units join StorageMart locations in Morgan Hill, Oakland, Concord, and Fairfield. “StorageMart will continue to fill in gaps in our existing markets with strategic acquisitions,” said Mike Burnam, CEO at StorageMart. “We’ll continue to move into new markets as opportunities for portfolio transactions present themselves.”

StorageMart will continue to provide a range of sizes and option of self storage, including climate controlled units, keypad access, moving supplies, and online bill payments. The company is also committed to serving in communities where they are located. StorageMart supports the Red Cross in their mission to help those in times of disaster. While the Red Cross provided immediate aid to the Fort McMurray citizens feeling the wildfire, StorageMart provided a free month of storage for the possessions they were able to save.
