Great value for short term storage

My fiance and I needed a storage unit for about a month and a half between moves. Storage Mart was a great option, convenient location for us as well as a great price. The unit was clean and easy to get stuff in and out. The only hiccup was that the office hours were quite limited to complete the paper work and then one day my code got magically reset. Thankfully someone was in the office to help reset it back. All in all, good experience and would recommend

Great to Deal With.

The guy I dealt with on the phone and in person was A1. I felt like he wanted my buisiness and was treated great. The price was the best I could find in Regina and the location was very convenient for me.

Great customer service by Janice!

Great customer service by all staff, but in particular Janice Brooks!! She is always going above and beyond!! Very friendly and personable and always willing to look after her customers, no grumbling. :) She does way more than any other manager we've come across at other storage facilities we dealt with previously. SO glad we found StorageMart and Janice!!!!! She's a great asset to StorageMart. Only down side to this review is my complaint of the ever increasing fees. Seems they are always going up...but not sure why? There hasn't been any increase in maintenance, cleaning, security or bin fix ups etc. So we're not too impressed with that part of it. we've been long time loyal customers with more than one bin rental at a time for the most part...and instead of getting a bulk break...we get slammed with fee increases.

I called a few places looking for storage. . I tried storage Mart first. . Spoke with a wonderful lady from Missouri (Jessica) then called a couple other places to check prices. . The other companies I called had brutal customer service agents. . It was like talking to zombies. . so. .I quickly called storage Mart back after receiving a voice mail from Janice.(Regina) . Janice also provided me with a very enjoyable customer service experience.. Thank you storage Mart. . At least somebody out there knows and cares about what they're doing. .. cheers! !

Excellent service

We rented the unit quickly and without any trouble. The attendant even helped us decide which size would be best for us, and that saved us money because we rented a smaller unit than we had initially planned on.

No Hassle and easy rental start up

I have rented from this location of Storagemart over the past couple of years. It was easy to find the size of unit on line that I was requiring.

Find this StorageMart facility in Regina just off Henderson Drive on Maxwell Crescent. Located just southeast of the intersection of Ring Road and McDonald Street for easy access. The location is near SaskWater Building.
